Paul Odan

Paul Odan is the Financial Controller and the Designated Person (“DP for CFM”) for Capital and Financial Management (PCF-39A) at the Company. He joined the Company in August 2023.

Mr. Odan has over 12 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. Prior to the Company, he worked as Designated Person in MPMF Fund Management (Ireland) Limited and as an Audit Senior in EY before that. During his career, he has extensive exposure to the UCITS Management Company and AIFM business particularly in the CFM function and as a client relationship manager of some clients. He has also had exposure to the audits of a large variety of funds including alternative investment funds, UCITS funds, Section 110 Companies, ICAVs and Cayman domiciled funds.
